Hello friends my name is Erin Richardson and im so happy you've stopped by to check out my site. I've instructed fellow Yogis since 2019 in physical and mental healing with different styles of Yoga. My goal here is to serve and heal, not just myself but everyone who enters my studio. My yoga journey began in 2014 after taking a class at a neighborhood gym. What attracted me to the class was how peaceful the students looked seated cross legged and so relaxed. I knew I could also have that kind of peace and stillness in my life. Yoga and meditation has helped not just with my physical body but my mental. If you want peace, joy and happiness in your life I highly recommend starting your yoga journey here with me.
Yoga has calmed my mind and changed the world around me in magical ways. When I took control of my internal stress response I was able to make better decisions in life. It was as simple as being mindful of my breath and in each one of my classes that's what we focus on. Becoming still was not an easy task but with practice I was able to become one with my emotions. Running away was no longer an option. I knew there was more to life than the suffering I was experiencing and I was determined to find peace. Using the frame work of yoga brought significant results and will forever be a life long practice because giving up is never an option.
